Shipping policy

Shipping rates and delivery times:

Our shipping rates and times are available when you're ready to make your purchase, as it varies depending on what you're purchasing and how many yards/items there are. All orders will be shipped with tracking but no signature required unless requested.

Processing time:

We process orders within 2-3 business days. If you need it processed sooner or have an issue, please contact us via phone at 954-923-4229 or email sales@designerdiscountfabrics.net and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Packaging:

Fabrics and trimming may be shipped folded or on a roll. We will ship depending on how many yards and what kind of fabric, to not jeopardize the quality of the material. For example, all vinyl and velvet will be on a roll so they won't crease, while most other fabrics can be folded in a box if it's a small amount of yardage.
